The technician was able to come the same day I called! How lucky was that!!!!!! And he was so knowledgeable--just tipped the machine on its side, said "Oh i'll just tighten the belt," which he did. Told me what to do if it happens again (just order a new belt). But now the machine works better than ever. Wow, am I grateful for this repair service.
